[GSoC] Improve Toolbars

Hi everyone,

Since the mid-term evaluations for the GSoC projects are close, I thought
that it'd be a good idea to quickly and laconically summarise the work I've
done till now, along with my weekly updates. So, continuing from my
previous reports, as my work in the project started with adaptation of
.src/.hrc to .ui format, and till now in totality, '10' panels have been
transformed. We are completely finished with the conversion of sidebar
panels in LibreOffice 'Calc', 'Writer' and 'Draw', and the changes have
been pushed to master [1].

After completion of my previous works, I've started working on my next
task: 'Individual setting of visibility of text-descriptions of toolbar
buttons', wherein till now, I've been able to show the new option that will
provide us with this feature by the name 'Icons & Text *p*er item' [2] and
am currently busy with reading and rendering the newly defined attribute
from the .xml file. I've pushed a small patch regarding this and will be
updating my progress here, so you can track my progress on gerrit [3].
