* Completed Action items:
	+ sort out the OTRS queue (Bjoern, Floeff)
	+ write a short Hamburg Hackfest blog entry with photos (Eike)
	+ setup a UX Advice bz component and default CC the ux-advise ML (Joel)
		[ which caused some BSA issues ]
	+ get windows build-bot setup (Moggi)
	+ tweak text on the pre-release page (Cloph)
		+ website banner done too & on the BSA.

* Pending Action items:
	+ get remaining GOSC guys introduced on the QA list (Cedric)
	+ update visible bugzilla versions to hide ~all legacy versions (Joel)
		[ still working on it - need to solve anothre fdo issue first ]
	+ get windows build-bot setup (Kendy/Thorsten)
		[ Thorsten not got access to it just now ]

* gerrit cross-platform build-bot awesomeness (Norbert)
	+ plan is to setup new Windows boxes, and ship them to a kind
	  partner in France
	+ Kendy struggling with SMTP under Windows for tinderboxes
		+ but for gerrit it's all ssh -> setup
	+ we start to need an asset list (Thorsten)
		+ a git repo / wiki page

* Christian working for TDF part time
	+ now working for the infrastructure team
	+ here & there on releng / download page

* Release Engineering update (Cloph)
	+ Petr missed & on holiday for another weeks
	+ next monday - branch for 4.1.0 rc2
        + 3.6.7 schedule - deadline:
		+ rc1 is built & pushed to mirrors - announced just now.
		+ July 8th is the deadline for rc2

* QA update (Joel)
	+ QA Contest update
		+ very focused on this.
		+ overall number of bugs dropped by 210 or so.
			+ at least 350 bugs triaged in the last 8 days
			+ goal is still 25% but already at 20%
	+ Need_Advice bugs input appreciated (more of them now)
		+ 10 bugs in that state
