LibreOffice is up and running on windows 64 bit

I am pleased to share with you, that with these pending
Gerrit changes [1] LibreOffice is up and running on
Windows 64 bit.

Screen shots for writer is attached: [2]. Next steps are:

* review pending changes
* migrate/test other modules
* set up dedicated tinderbox for this platform
* verify that the installer is working on this platform
* test
