GSoC Week 1 Status: Redesigning the Template Manager

Hello,
    I'm working on the Template Manager and it's better integration in
Libreoffice as my GSoC project. The feature is being implemented in master
as well as in Libreoffice 5.2.
Important tasks completed till now:
1. New Template Manager implementation
2. Template Save As Dialog
       ( https://gerrit.libreoffice.org/#/c/24545/ )
3. Start Center Integration Improvement
and a few other fixes.
