libreoffice-7.1.6.2 does not builds with bison-3.8.x

Hi,

It appears that libreoffice no longer can be built after upgrading bison
to 3.8.x releases.

A wall of errors such as below is printed


/var/portage/tmp/portage/app-office/libreoffice-7.1.6.2/work/libreoffice-7.1.6.2/workdir/YaccTarget/connectivity/source/parse/sqlbison.cxx:138:77:
error: ‘yyn’ was not declared in this scope; did you mean ‘yyk’?

Downgrade to bison-3.7.x allows the build to finish without any error.
