Update of sk_SK dictionary

Hi Zdenko,

We updated the Slovak dictionary in 2020, although the header of sk_SK.aff
did not change then, it remained # verzia: 2.04, 2013-03-17
Anyhow, no problem to add the new version of course, I see it's a new
release from today. I'll do it.
