403 forbidden when logging into Gerrit

So I am able to log into https://user.documentfoundation.org/. I added 
back my old e-mail as an alternate e-mail but no luck.

What I did notice is that https://user.documentfoundation.org/ shows all 
linked services with my old e-mail even though all of the linked systems 
have been updated. I could not edit the e-mail in the linked services. 
Could that be the problem?

Unfortunately, since I am now logged out of Gerrit, I cannot log back in 
and change my e-mail back.
