I have switched from Ubuntu to OpenSuse. This OpenSuse is a bare system with the latest update, thus OpenSuse 10.3. I removed the OpenOffice. Then I tried: sudo zypper si -d OpenOffice_org-bootstrap but that did not work. I say that 10.3 was not yet defined, thus I did the required installations manually, following the list of 10.2. With jre/jvm I had problems. I finally installed java-1.6.0-openjdk-1.6.0.
