Proper function is supposed to turn a text string into it's proper form which is a capitalized first letter for each word. So:<div><br></div><div>this is a bad sentence -- turns into -- This Is A Bad Sentence</div><div>
<br></div><div>Imagine a book title or the name of a proper noun. So, "don't mess with me" should be "Don't Mess With Me" (I know weird example).</div><div><br></div><div>Strange that you can't reproduce, I'm able to, wonder if it's a localization issue?</div>

Another one that easily can be an easy hack but needs the appropriate<br>
comments by a dev and someone to accept being the "go to" if the person<br>
who takes it needs help.<br>

My problem is<br>
<br>
1. I don't know what's meant by the "'Proper' function", and<br>
2. Assuming that this is an auto-correct issue, I can't reproduce this (on Linux, using the development build).<span class="HOEnZb"><font color="#888888"><br>
