The bad news is that you can't download it but the good news is you
can build it yourself ;-)<br>
That's pretty straightforward:<br>
<br>
1. Create a VM and install prerequisites
(<a class="moz-txt-link-freetext" href="http://wiki.documentfoundation.org/Development/Windows_Build_Dependencies">http://wiki.documentfoundation.org/Development/Windows_Build_Dependencies</a>)<br>
2. Compile LO with debug symbols and start it<br>
3. Start VC++, attach debugger to the LO process and set breakpoints<br>
