<pre>57710 is one that's had me frustrated for years! I have to write PDFs for
chapters in a document I'm working on many times a week. The option mentioned,
when turned off because, reading the text of the option, it might make sense to
do so, results in the wrong pages being output with no idea of why it's
happening.</pre>
