_____________________________________________________________________________

bug is not entirely fixed in LibreOffice 4.2
_____________________________________________________________________________

XLSX cells with 2 conditional formatting rules are not displayed correctly:

1. p.ex. cell values =$H$13:$H$427 have a color scale
2. cell values equal or smaller than =MIN(H$13:H$428)*1,1 should be bold
   (Arial unicode, size 10)

In LibreOffice 4.2 the second rule is bold but wrong font and not changeable

Spreadsheet can be downloaded here:

Behavior before LibreOffice 4.2:
_____________________________________________________________________________

cells with with conditional formatting sometimes show the numbers not centered
and without points; cell borders are not shown (see for example I13 to I21..)

Steps to reproduce:

Spreadsheet can be downloaded here:

Current behavior:

cells with with conditional formatting sometimes show the numbers not centered
and without points; cell borders are not shown

Expected behavior:

All cells in the main table must contain centered numbers with thousand points.
