[Libva] G45 h264 decoding

Hi,
There are some fixes for G45 h264 decoding on g45-h264 branch, please fetch the fixes from
the new intel-driver repository (git.freedesktop.org/git/vaapi/intel-driver.git) and give a try.
BTW please update your 2D driver (xf86-video-intel) as well and set SwapbuffersWait to off in
your xorg.conf for better performance.
