make: *** [all] Error 2<br><br>This is a brand new system with Ubuntu 13.04 , libtool 2.4.2-1.2ubuntu1 ,
 automake1:1.11.6-1ubuntu1 ,autoconf 2.69-1ubuntu1  installed. I think I
 saw this before but forgot how I solved it. One way is to copy the .lib
