Get the VAAPI source code from</div><div> <a href="http://www.freedesktop.org/wiki/Software/vaapi" target="_blank" data-mce-href="http://www.freedesktop.org/wiki/Software/vaapi">http://www.freedesktop.org/wiki/Software/vaapi</a></div><div>3. Open the MSYS terminal. The terminal will give a flavor of linux on windows</div><div><span style="font-size: 12pt;" data-mce-style="font-size: 12pt;">4.
