[LightDM] LightDM 1.12 end of life

As previously discussed [1] LightDM 1.12 is no longer supported and will
receive no more updates. All users are encouraged to update to LightDM 1.14.

The currently supported releases will expire on:
1.2 - April 2017
1.10 - April 2019
1.14 - January 2016
