Mesa 7.10 has been released.  This is a development release.  People who
are concerned with stability and reliability should stick with a
previous release, such as 7.9.1, or wait for Mesa 7.10.1.

The tag in the GIT repository for Mesa 7.10 is 'mesa-7.10'.
