Mesa 7.11 has been released. This is a development release. People who
are concerned with stability and reliability should stick with a
previous release or wait for Mesa 7.11.1.

The tag in the GIT repository for Mesa 7.11 is 'mesa-7.11'.

Mesa 7.11 is available for download at
ftp://freedesktop.org/pub/mesa/7.11/

I have verified building from the .tar.bz2 file by doing:

tar -xjf MesaLib-7.11.tar.bz2
cd Mesa-7.11
PKG_CONFIG_PATH=/opt/xorg-master-x86_64/lib64/pkgconfig/ ./configure
PKG_CONFIG_PATH=/opt/xorg-master-x86_64/lib64/pkgconfig/ make -j6

I have also verified that I pushed all the cherry picks and the tag.
