[Mesa-dev] [PATCH 2/3] glsl: Add a lowering pass to move conditional discards out of ifs.

This should allow lower_if_to_cond_assign to work in the presence of
discards.  Unconditional discards are already handled by
opt_discard_simplification.

NOTE: This is a candidate for the 7.9 branch.
