The attached log says
Running in restricted mode.
which means it's the demo, for which there is no 1.5 patch. The 1.5 changelog
doesn't say anything about graphics bug fixes, and judging from the log the
error seems to be in r300c (I've also seen this until mesa 7.9), so I think
there is no need to re-test it with 1.5.

Now that only 7.10 (and maybe 7.9) seems to be maintained as a stable branch,
which has r300g by default, this bug is obsolete IMHO.
