Log of a failed build

I'm running Mandriva 2010.2 x86_64 and I'm trying to build a package of Mesa
7.11.1 for my distro (gcc 4.4.3).
The build process always pass the -Werror=format-security to the compiler as
per this Wiki page:
http://wiki.mandriva.com/en/Problems_and_issues_with_packaging;
but, starting with the recent release 7.11.1 this causes the build to fail at
mail/dlist.c with the error "format not a string literal and no format
arguments".

With the older Mesa 7.11 tarball or by forcing the build system to not pass the
-Werror=format-security switch to gcc, the build succeeds.
