Hi guys, It's been over 3 months since I reported this CRASH bug complete with
a patch that fixes it, but I have seen zero response from y'all.

In fact I have tried to get this fixed via the debian X team, the mesa-dev
list, and the freedesktop.org bug tracker, but no response. I don't know how
else to get your attention.

Can somebody please take a look and apply the patch?
