It's unclear to me.  I think Ian is managing those, but I'm not sure.

Personally I would just cherry pick it so it doesn't get missed (and if
people complain, feel free to blame me).  Or, you can git-send-email it
to "10.0" <mesa-stable at lists.freedesktop.org> (even after it's been
committed).
