[Mesa-dev] [PATCH 3/9] gallium: add PIPE_BIND_COMMAND_ARGS_BUFFER

The one that increases the number of input SGPRs to 22 (16 user + 6
streamout) in the calling convention. I don't remember the name.
Please "git blame" on the calling convention.
