[Mesa-dev] [PATCH] gallium/util: Define ffsll on OpenBSD.

OpenBSD has ffs in libc but does not have ffsll so use the compiler
builtin. PIPE_OS_BSD isn't suitable here as FreeBSD has ffsll in libc.
