[Mesa-dev] [PATCH] docs: fix gallium screen cap docs

Make sure that the next line starts with spaces so that bullets are
maintained throughout, add `` around a few more special tokens, and fix
SAMPLE_COUNT_TEXTURE -> SAMPLE_COUNT.
