Note the error is actually with the _reference_, not the actual driver code (this is because we want no denormals and are switching them off in the driver), so llvm updates aren't going to do anything. I guess that not everyone gets exactly the same error is just due to what the math libraries / compilers are doing (they expect "ordinary" denormal handling, hence they are not required to honor our differently set cpu flags and the results are therefore kinda undefined).
