<pre>The answer is pretty simple none of the supported 'platforms' is detected thus
nothing gets enabled/build. Perhaps we should error out at configure time ?
Here is what I mean with "none of the supported 'platforms' is detected"

checking for VG... no
checking for OSMESA... no
checking for DRM... no
