<pre>It doesn't make sense to spend time on supporting platforms for which there are
no active developers.
Keeping Mesa compiling across GCC and MSVC is already quite time consuming.
I posted a couple of patches to mesa-dev for review that explicitly refuse to
build with Sun CC and remove special code we had for it.</pre>
