Hi Tom,

pipe_screen doesn't need any locking. It should already be thread-safe
(if it's not, it's a driver bug). It's implied by the fact that
pipe_screen is shared by all OpenGL contexts. I'm sure the radeon
pipe_screen is thread-safe.
