ID_MM_PORT_IGNORE

Hey,

We now allow blacklisting single ports of a modem in udev, with the
ID_MM_PORT_IGNORE tag. This flag is currently used for the QMI/WWAN
pair in the ZTE MF60 MiFi device, which doesn't like WDS connection
setup via QMI (hangs firmware, see
http://lists.freedesktop.org/archives/libqmi-devel/2012-July/000098.html).

In git master the ports will still be grabbed, but flagged as ignored:
not used by MM but still shown as 'unknown' type in the list of ports
of the modem (Ports property in the Modem interface). Other ports that
need to be explicitly ignored (e.g. NET ports of QMI or MBIM when
--without-qmi or --without-mbim is used) are also treated in the same
way.

Also ported the MF60 fix to the mm-1-4 branch, but here the ports are
just fully ignored from the very beginning, didn't want to change the
behaviour of the Ports property in the stable branch.

Cheers!
