disconnect '/usr/sbin/chat -v -f /etc/ppp/peers/hspa_chat_down'<br>

</span>There's no chat needed before PPP gets to play with the port, plus not<br>
sure if requesting to use a new baudrate will actually work at this<br>
point.<br>
