[Nice] Should TURN server be on REAL global IP address?

Hi,

TURN and STUN must be on a "reachable from the outside" IP. This means that
either they must be on a "global IP" or with the ports forwarded in the router.
Either way, they must always be accessible from the internet without any
nat-traversal being necessary.

Hope it helps.
Youness.
