[libnice] R: Error when port libnice version 0.1.5 and above on Win32

You should upgrade glib to  version 2.34.3 (GMutex declaration in 2.28.8 is wrong)
You can download it from here
http://www.gtk.org/download/win32.php
under GTK+ 3.x
You also need to download
http://win32builder.gnome.org/gtk+-bundle_3.6.4-20130921_win32.zip
to extract some dll missing from glib run-time bundle (libintl-8.dll, libffi-6.dll, libiconv-2.dll and pthreadGC2.dll) and put them on the output directory to run the tests

Regarding inttypes.h, you can download inttypes.h for visual studio from
https://code.google.com/p/msinttypes/downloads/detail?name=msinttypes-r26.zip&can=2&q=
and put inttypes.h where libnice.sln is.

There is still a problem regarding G_IO_ERROR_BROKEN_PIPE that is not present in glib 2.34.3.
I temporarily patched gioenums.h adding G_IO_ERROR_BROKEN_PIPE at the end of GIOErrorEnum enum

I followed this instruction: link<https://github.com/jcaden/libnice/blob/master/README.win32> in order to port libnice on Win32. Everything works correctly with version 0.1.4. However, when I tried to port libnice version 0.1.5 and above, I encountered some errors:

 - Struct **_GMutex** is an **undefined struct**.

 - I can not find file: **inttypes.h**, which is included in **stunagent.c**

Please tell me how to fix it
