There were numerous issues with multiple displays on G80+ chips until very
recently.  There's a couple of options:

1. F11 has *some* of the fixes in the kernel, but they're not default as they
were very experimental at the time and would've broken things.  You can enable
them by adding "nouveau.modeset=1 nouveau.uscript=1" to your boot options,
which may or may not help.

2. Use a newer nouveau drm (and since the interface changed, libdrm and
xorg-x11-drv-nouveau too), which should hopefully work just fine already

3. Update to rawhide and get all the latest goodies
