The last TiNDC is more than a year old, and if I remember right, the
previous editor isn't around to make a new one, so i was thinking about
doing it myself.

I think the TiNDC's were very interesting to know the current status of
things in a more enjoyable and friendly way than the status matrix.

I know they were a summary of the channel logs, but summarizing more
than a year of log, even if we have all of them, is an huge task, so if
you agree, I propose to do them in this way.

1.- I post a list of questions in this list (current status?, what are
you doing now?, future plans?, is there anything you need from us users
right now? thing like that).
2.- Any developer who wants to, answer one or more of them and/or adds a
new question that can be answered.
3.- A week after my post with the questions, I summarize the answers and
post that summary.
4.- If everyone agrees, it's posted as a TiNDC. If there is any problem,
it's fixed prior to publication.

What do you think? Would you agree with this? Does anyone have a better
suggestion?

If this is accepted, maybe we can repeat it every few month to keep the
TiNDC's up to date.
