[Nouveau] VDPAU & 8400GS support?

On my Core i7 everything works fine.;)
And sometimes on a Core Duo, unless there is REALLY much movement in a
really high-quality video...

That said, it would be nice with proper hw-deconding, since from time to
time even my Core i7 has problems when having it work on something else
in the background...
