[Nouveau] [PATCH 4/4] drm/nouveau/mmu: qualify vmm during dtor

If the BAR initialization failed it may leave the vmm structure in an
unitialized state, leading to a null-pointer-dereference when the vmm is
dereferenced during teardown.
