Well, an analysis of both of the mmio logs shows that outside of PTIMER, the
only MMIO differences is that nothing in the new nva3_hdmi_ctrl gets run.
Reading the code... it should work :) So here's a patch that adds some
nv_info's all over and tries to identify where my logic breaks down.

So try this:

8e9e3d2deacc460fbb8a4691140318f6e85e6891 + hdmi-1.patch + hdminva3.patch +
hdminva3-4.patch + debug-1.patch

No need to run it under mmiotrace, or run the old kernel. Just provide the
dmesg that results from this.</pre>
