<pre>I have the same issue. My dual-head setup works very well with 3.5.0 but
stopped working when I switched to 3.8.0. I also tried 3.10.0 but the problem
persists.
I have the same symptom: second monitor does not even turn on, it does not
receive any signal, but xrandr and X thinks everything is working correctly
(dual-head setup).
I am running Kubuntu 13.04.</pre>
