I have this hardware and use dvi output with nv driver. I tried to find rams from other cards and emulate tables from bios, but it doesn't help. I saw workarounds was removed from kernel part. It would be good if kernel driver have options for such cases. I haven't tried kms in last kernel, but I think nothing changed. Patches are welcome.
