That's expected. What's unexpected is that something is keeping a reference to
your GPU which isn't letting it power off. Similar to <a class="bz_bug_link
bz_status_NEW "
title="NEW - [NVC1] runtime pm not auto-suspending card"
href="show_bug.cgi?id=70875">bug #70875</a>.
