<pre>I'm not convinced that there have been changes which would fix this in the past
~2 years, but I highly recommend trying a more recent kernel and seeing if this
persists. The driver's been rewritten ~twice since 3.11 (if you go directly for
4.3-rc), we've fixed a lot of ctxsw issues, and probably a host of other
things.</pre>
