<pre>By "turned off" I mean the display (a TV connected to HDMI port) is powered off
or unplugged. Switching it to another input (instead of HDMI) also causes this
issue. The TV is an Insignia NS-24D420NA16, FW version reva_20150417_1-04-00.
Turning off the other displays doesn't cause this problem.</pre>
