While GL(X) compositing,
not only that DRI3 introduces cca. 1 sec lag,
i.e. slowdown as reported here:

but it breaks overall "xrandr --rotate ..." routine.
Tested with Latest n' Greatest on Rawhide - Xfce, GNOME and KDE.</pre>
