[Ocs] OCS 1.6 final

Hi,

I got no additional feedback for the latest draft of OCS 1.6 so I just released 1.6 final.

Thanks a lot for all the great and constructive feedback over last few month.

The next step from my point of view is OCS 2.0 which will break backward compatibility.

Planed changes are:
- make it more RESTfull
- remove stupid limitations like for example only 12 download links per entry
- better I18N support

I will organize a OCS BoF session during the MeeGo conference next week. I hope to start a discussion about 2.0 there.
