[Ocs] problem adding a content with a download

 Hi Frank,

I still don't see the downloadway tag in the following responses from
OCS server

https://test.opendesktop.org/v1/content/data?categories=1801
https://test.opendesktop.org/v1/content/data/132711
https://test.opendesktop.org/v1/content/download/132711/1

In the first one, it does not even report anything about the downloads.

Also the download count does not seem to raise when I do the following

https://test.opendesktop.org/v1/content/download/132711/1
