[Ocs] Started working on OCS API tests

Now only one API call is tested (content distributions list), but more
are easy to add. To see how API calls are tested, check out:
https://github.com/bergie/ocs-test/blob/master/v1/content.coffee

The test suite starts by fetching the provider file of a service. Then
it adds the corresponding tests (based on service module and version)
to the suite and runs the tests.
