[Ocs] OCS 2.0 sprint, second attempt

i spoke with Josef shortly at the just-gone KDE Games sprint about possibly
joining this not-yet-organised sprint, and i would agree that yes, May just
after LinuxTag seems a good idea. Hope the others agree, so we can get this
thing under way! :)
