[Ocs] Repository for the Open Collaboration Services specification

Frank, I have just read you are on the way to San Francisco, thus I am
really sorry to disturb you. Have a pleasant time while there ! ;)
What would be the most appropriate place for the repository,
freedesktop.org or some other one ? Could you establish the repository
when you have time and send the link and your decision to us ?
